110th Anniversary Eucharistic Service

On November 4, 2007 Augustana welcomed Bishop Steve Bouman to 110th Annviersary Eucharistic Service. As part of the music celebration we had several solos performed by: Karen Mattson Grasso, Marilyn Riviere, Athena Roque, Jayne Skoog, and Katya Sonina. Augustana also had hand bell ringers from Good Shepherd, Plainview, August Berger and Ryan Ratkowski. Members and Friends made this celebration memorable. Rev. Glen Stone, Father Louis Braxton, and Deacon Linda Middleton were also present at the celebration Service. Following the 10:30 AM Service there was celebration luncheon at Dante's Catering in Jackson Heights. There Augustana was joined by Rev. James Klockau, Rev. Pat Evant, Father Louis Braxton, Minister Homer Alexander, and Troop 70 Scout Leader, John Pritchard. At the Luncheon music was provided by Mix 'N' Match Music under the leadership of Carol Sudhalter.
